Members of the Bohol Bloggers Collective prepare their taste buds as BE Grand Bohol Resort’s The Food Hall introduces its new authentic and contemporary Filipino and Chinese entrée.

Specifically concocted by Chef Mike, BE Grand Bohol Resort’s Exutive Chef, the new menu of The Food Hall aims to take the Filipino cuisine to the next level. It also sparks a new fusion as Sous Chef Clifford showcases his connoiseurship in Chinise cuisine, giving it a twist of traditional recipes.

Happening at the Asian Bistro of BE Grand Resort at 1:00 PM on May 11, 2017, the parade of new Asian-inspired dishes includes humba, ngohiong, and special pancit canton.
